UVIERA — Shipping Policy

UVIERA is an online clothing brand. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Tapstitch/ODMPOD.

Production time

Most small orders are expected to take approximately 3–7 business days to produce before shipping. Production times may vary depending on the item, availability, quality checks, order volume, and holidays.

Shipping and delivery

After production, orders are shipped using the delivery method available for the destination.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier, shipping route, destination, and fulfillment origin. Some products may ship from overseas.

All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances may cause delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order's weight, destination, and applicable shipping method. Please review the shipping charge before completing your purchase.

Shipping destinations

We currently accept orders to destinations where a shipping option is available at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or other charges not included in checkout unless expressly stated.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Incorrect addresses and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. If you enter an incorrect address or need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the production partner and shipping carrier.
