Products

UVIERA sells clothing and related products, including made-to-order garments fulfilled through third-party production partners.

We make reasonable efforts to describe product materials, sizes, colors, and designs accurately. Some product images may be digitally created design mockups. Actual garment colors, textures, washes, and print placements may vary slightly.

Please read product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Prices and payment

Product prices are displayed on our website. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any additional amounts collected at checkout will be presented before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when a product is unavailable, a material pricing or technical error has occurred, or fulfillment cannot be completed. If payment has been collected for an order that we cancel, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Production and shipping

Most garments are produced after an order is placed. Production and shipping estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Actual delivery times may vary.

Returns and cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.

Intellectual property

The UVIERA name, logos, original artwork, designs, branding, photography, and website content are protected intellectual property where applicable. You may not reproduce or commercially use these materials without permission.

You agree not to misuse the website, place fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
